Frankston City Award

Congratulations to Anna Eggert for receiving the 2007 Frankston City Award for Dwelling amongst others.

The Frankston City Award of $20,000 is voted for by visitors to the McClelland Sculpture Survey exhibition. The Award, sponsored by Frankston City Council, is given to the artist whose sculpture attracts the most votes from the general public. The previous winners include Anna Eggert for Belinda's Wedding in 2003 and Darren Davison's Homespace in 2005. The 2007 recipient of the $20,000 Frankston City Award will be announced on Saturday, 14 June 2008 at 3 pm at the McClelland Gallery + Sculpture Park.

Vote for your favourite sculpture by 5 pm on Monday 9 June 2008 and will be automatically included in the draw to win a Sofitel Escape Package valued at $400. The package includes: overnight accommodation for two at Sofitel Melbourne in a superior room, buffet breakfast for two at Café La, sparkling wine on arrival and valet parking.
